AIRPORT RECORDS AN 8.7% INCREASE IN PASSENGERS IN NOVEMBER

Thursday, December 05, 2013

Casper / Natrona County International Airport announced that 8,103 enplaned passengers (passengers getting on aircraft) used the Airport in November, an 8.7% increase compared to November of 2012. The year-to-date total for 2013 (January through November) is 90,685, already higher than the yearend total for 2012 (89,466). That means the Airport is just 9,315 passengers away from 100,000 enplanements, something that has not happened since 1987. “Last December we recorded 9,557 passenger enplanements,” said Glenn Januska, Airport Manager. “That means we really have a good chance to cross that 100,000 threshold this year.”
