The Casper/Natrona County International Airport hereby announces its fiscal year 2022-2024 goal of 1.87% for Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) airport construction Contracts. The proposed goals and rationale is available for inspection between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday at the Casper/Natrona County International Airport for 30 days from the date of this publication. Comments on the DBE goal will be accepted for 30 days from the date of this publication and can be sent to the following:

As part of the requirements for the Casper/Natrona County International Airport to receive FAA Grants for Airport improvements, in accordance with,49 CFR Part 26, Casper/Natrona County International Airport is required to conduct a scheduled consultation with minority, women’s and general contractor groups, concessionaires, community organizations, and other officials or organizations which could be expected to have information concerning the availability of disadvantaged and non‐disadvantaged businesses, the effects of discrimination on opportunities for Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs), and efforts to establish a level playing field for the participation of DBEs. An open meeting will be held with as many interested stakeholders as possible focused on obtaining information relevant to the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal setting methodology.
