Facility Rentals
The Airport offers meeting facilities that can accommodate board or business meetings, corporate retreats, business or wedding receptions, banquets, and holiday gatherings. The Airport’s facilities vary in size, but can accommodate different types of functions.

All renters must sign a rental agreement.
Observation Deck
The Airport’s 2nd floor observation deck not only provides space for banquets, business/wedding receptions, and holiday gatherings, but does so with a panoramic view of the airfield. With ample parking, bar and beverage services, and outside catering available, the Airport can accommodate larger gatherings in a unique atmosphere. The space is approximately 5,000 square feet in size (100’ x 50’) and includes sixteen (16) eight-foot banquet tables and 150 matching stacker chairs. The Observation Deck can accommodate 714 people in a reception format.
$500.00 per day
$600.00 deposit
Deposit is required to reserve the room. Balance is due before the day of the event.
No set-up or clean-up available. Renter is responsible for set-up and clean-up of the room. Deposit will be refunded based on cleanliness of the room. Any damage to the room is the responsibility of the renter.
The Board Room
The Airport’s Board Room is approximately 700 feet in size (20’ x 35’) and includes 10 executive board chairs and up to 48 guest chairs. The room includes use of a projector screen and has the capability of a conference phone. The Board Room is perfect for business meetings or retreats when a change in venue is desired.

The Training Room
The Airport’s Training Room is approximately 634 feet in size and includes 34 chairs and eight 6′ tables. The room includes use of a projector screen and has the capability of a conference phone. The Airport Training Room is perfect for lectures or training.
