To ensure compliance with Wyoming law (Wyo. Stat. §§ 9-27-101 to 9-27-103), the Casper/Natrona County International Airport has adopted a policy regarding the use of multi-occupancy restrooms based on biological sex.

What This Means:

• Multi-user restrooms at the airport are designated for male or female use based on biological sex, as defined by Wyoming law.

• Guests are asked to use the restroom that matches their biological sex.

• Single-use restrooms are available for anyone, regardless of gender.

Exceptions:

The following individuals may enter a restroom regardless of designation:

• Staff performing cleaning, maintenance, or inspection

• Those providing medical or caregiving assistance

• Emergency personnel or during natural disasters

• Restrooms that are temporarily reassigned
