Restroom Use Policy at Casper/Natrona County International Airport
To ensure compliance with Wyoming law (Wyo. Stat. §§ 9-27-101 to 9-27-103), the Casper/Natrona County International Airport has adopted a policy regarding the use of multi-occupancy restrooms based on biological sex.
What This Means:
Multi-user restrooms at the airport are designated for male or female use based on biological sex, as defined by Wyoming law.
Guests are asked to use the restroom that matches their biological sex.
Single-use restrooms are available for anyone, regardless of gender.
Exceptions:
The following individuals may enter a restroom regardless of designation:
Staff performing cleaning, maintenance, or inspection
Those providing medical or caregiving assistance
Emergency personnel or during natural disasters
Restrooms that are temporarily reassigned
