Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm
The operations of the United States Customs & Border Protection in Casper is operated as a port of entry and thus there are no user fees charged during operating hours.
International flights approved for landing between the hours of 17:01 and 08:59 Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be charged a flat rate of $500.00 per landing for after-hours landing.
International flights approved for landing on weekends and holidays will be charged a flat rate of $750.00 per landing for after-hours landing.
All flights that take more than two hours to process will be charged an addition $250.00 for every additional hour our partial hour.
Landing rights must be requested during business hours. Requests may be made by call or text to Officer Barch at 307-797-2097 or by email to christopher.barch@cbp.dhs.gov.
Once the after-hours landing has been approved by Officer Barch, the pilot must complete the below form and email to customs@iflycasper.com.
CPR Customs After Hours Clearance Form
Once CPR staff receive the completed form, with all the billing information filled out, payment for the landing will be processed and a receipt will be sent to the email address on the form.
